The core business of MarWin's customers is the provision of electricity and heat for industry and households.

To that end, MarWin develops technical application solutions for engineering and maintaining the plants of energy companies, and with these services meets the essential requirement parameters that our customers face in their business.

Specialist expertise, user-friendliness and many years of experience are combined with reliability, continuity and sustainability to ensure project success.

  • You will identify and address potential customers via all appropriate channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters and blog posts.
  • You are responsible for positioning the MarWin solutions via communication, lectures, at trade fairs, on the telephone and in personal contact, as well as via social media.
  • You take care of maintaining the contact data and the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Your tasks also include setting up and processing campaigns for addressing and acquiring new customers.
  • You will be constantly developing knowledge with respect to the challenges, needs, circumstances and decision-making structures of customers.

  • You have completed your education at a technical college or college for applied sciences, have experience in engineering and/or maintenance, have already gained practical experience in that regard, and ideally have at least three years of experience in the sale of technical solutions within this area.
  • You understand the customers' requirements and you know the MarWin solutions from FF. This means you are in a good position to identify and communicate the benefits and added value with customers.
  • You are confident in using CRM tools and are proficient in LinkedIn.
  • You are successful in terms of establishing and securing relationships and trust with customers.
  • Digitisation and the associated opportunities and risks are your passion. To that end, you are able to empathise with the customers' circumstances.
  • You are inspired by the task of "sales" up to and including contract conclusion, and you have at least mastered one sales methodology, such as "power selling".
  • You are creative and have a love for detail.
  • You are able to express yourself well in German and ideally also in English.
  • Your ability to work in a team will enable you to integrate yourself into the MarWin team right from the start.

This position is offering you an attractive overall package with your own company car and an actual salary between EUR 3,050 and EUR 4,000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and previous experience, along with attractive social benefits (e.g., meal allowances). Within the guidelines, however, Marwin also takes on all expenses (daily and overnight allowance, mileage allowance, etc.)
